Where were you?

Where was I?

First off let me just tell you we all made history right now. Yes we all voted for the first ever African-American president! Did you every think this would happen? I sure as hell didn't.

Thank you Zoraya for actually making me more into politics. Without your "nuisance" I probably wouldn't have cared. I was able to help in every way possible, it wasn't just by voting, but it was about expressing my opinion and actually helping at a polling place. I spent the whole day November 4th from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. at St. Stephen's Baptist Church.

Then it hit 11:20 p.m. and we got the news from CNN. Thank you everyone who was able to make this historic occasion happen. Remember, what Barack does now won't effect us entirely, it will most definitely help our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Gracias a todos mis hermanos because without you guys, we wouldn't have made history.

So now where was I? Where else but with my brother's...Charlie at first then with Edgar & Steve. Yeah we kind of wanted to run a much like we did when the Phillies won, but we sat and watched CNN.

SI SE PUEDE!!!

Of course E... it was so important for everyone to be prepared for this election. We have all seen what happens when the highest position of authority in this country is misused and abused. I just wanted to make sure those that I was closest to understood all that we stood to loose/gain pending the outcome of 11/4/08. Now that our Commander in Chief has been chosen, it's time to work with him to re-build our country to its full glory...
