It was in 1995 when Anthony Miller and partner Robert Hauser imported San Francisco’s Mission-style burrito to Colorado, opening the first
Qdoba Mexican Grill in Denver. Qdoba immediately won over customers and critics with the restaurant’s Mexican flavors and fresh ingredients. I mean seriously who doesn't enjoy a tasty burrito or even a naked burrito? With all types of salsas, I'm surprised it doesn't get me sick. Yes it's true :). Qdoba even serves a special 2-type meal where you get 2 of your favorite Qdoba offerings but as smaller portions. And as much as I'm there, I should probably sign up for their
Qdoba card.
p.s. I love any location that serves
tortilla soup!
