As a business on Facebook, you always have to be ready for negative comments. We all have enemies and people who think they can do our job better, but that's life. However, sometimes commenters can take things a little too far defending each argument. Like the example above, National Geographic Traveler's blog Intelligent Travel uploaded a Hispanic Heritage Month post to their Facebook account. Although 30 people loved the post, the first commenter decided to take actions into their own hand.
Sometimes these organizations decide not to respond and let other people question the response. Samantha decided to respond but then Sandra dished out some more. Unfortunately there are some negative people out there ready to find the best opportunity to comment. How would you respond? Is your answer personal or professional?
