Status of Hispanics in America

So what is the status of Hispanic in America? Are we the majority, are we a minority...do we segregate the ones born in the U.S.A. and the people who immigrated here? How can we possibly keep track of each other when sometimes we hate on each other? Anyways, I haven't gotten a chance to watch this video but I suggest everyone watch it.

"The Status of Hispanics in America: Challenges and Opportunities" was a plenary session of the fourth annual national conference of the American Association of Hispanics in Higher Education, which was held at the Hyatt Regency Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas.

This will open the two-hour long replay of the panel discussion that took place originally in San Antonio, Texas (per details below) on March 7, 2009.
