What that means exactly? Who even knows. Sure, "young Hispanics, 16 to 25, making up 18 percent of the U.S. Gen Y population and approximately 20 percent of Myspace users", but how does that make your new site bi-cultural? Then again catering to this young bilingual audience could mean adding mainstream things, but because we are Latino I would assume there should be some Latino elements? Not in the video below...if adding the movie MACHETE makes this multicultural, I would suggest relooking into things.
