On Thursday, August 11 starting at 5:30 p.m., Centro Nueva Creacion will present their annual summer arts exhibit at the Crane Arts Building. This event is free and EVERYONE is invited! The students of Centro Nueva Creación invite everyone to celebrate the art work they made during summer camp, including a dance performance, photographs, poems, and multicultural masks! Light refreshments will be provided. I actually went to this last year and the kids did an amazing job. You'd be amazed at how powerful the photographs come out. And what we may see in the photograph, the child may have had a totally different perspective.
