I'm not talking about a license; I'm talking about passports, social security cards and so on. Not until maybe a year ago the closest Colombian consul was in New York City. Now Colombian consuls are mobile and visiting a city near you. This Saturday, June 25 Accion Colombia is inviting the Colombian community to learn about passports, citizenship and more.
