I am a firm believer in art expression...this includes tattoos! I know a lot of the older generation frowns upon them and even my one aunt. My grandmother called me a hippie when I showed her some of my tatts.
There was a recent Al Dia article about a Fairhill man starting his tattoo business in his friend's store. It was sort of inspiring to see a Latino attempting to start his business from scratch. I wish I was an artist because I love tattoos. Although not every tattoo amazes me, I think it's great to see people expressing themselves through tattoos. Just look at the picture above, those are just 5 of my 7. They all have their own individual meaning, some self-explanatory.
