This leads me to the following: Tweets gone wrong.
To help celebrate #TacoTuesday, Dave and Busters decided to tweet the above. So is it offensive or just stupid? Or maybe both. No matter how you look at it, you have to wonder, "What is the approval process?" Was there a reason D&B decided to use "no Juan?" At least they didn't make a Bachelor reference right (It's Okay)?
I always wonder how brands (and their agencies) decide to post tweets. If you have to think about it, don't post it. Remember Home Depot? Remember the New England Patriots? I have made Twitter mistakes as well but they haven't been that bad. These examples are just one of many reasons why you should have an actual person checking your content.
Take a look at these other dumb brand tweets via ABC News: http://abcnews.go.com/Business/top-9-worst-company-tweets-twitter/story?id=21149624#7.
